Having a better sleep (Process and Analysis)
We need complete sleep after school or work tired already and our body's feels weak if we don't have complete sleep we can't focus of our daily matter and focus we might even get fast irritated.there are some tips for good sleep in my option.
We need a glass of milk,a toothbrush and of course a toothpaste remember we need brush our teeth to avoid cavities and be a hindrance in our sleep a clean towel ,Prepare your bathroom , and of course a comfortable bed for a good night sleep
First you have .to take a bath only for 15 minutes not exactly it's your choice what time.anyways then of course if you happen to get hungry you must eat a little food second drink a milk, It suppose to be warm just average then lastly rush your after all the preparation for having a nice sleep then you may take a well sleep now and no more stressed full feelings .
don't be late to sleep at night,We must sleep at least 8 hours us to have a good energy and to be powerful in the morning ,Don't sleep anymore unless you already brush your teeth, because if you don't care enough to your teeth . And lastly make sure you change your under wear before you sleep . Because it is important in our personal hygene if you follow this simple tips you ill always having a good sleep and more mantaine problems in our health .
sleeping at night is very important for us to maintain good mood everyday and for us tor not feeling live breathe life.
